Send an email/text/message with this info about the new artist course."Hello and welcome to the team! So excited you are here and can’t wait to cheer you on 👏 Since you enrolled with me I’m considered your “upline” so keep that in mind as you come across that term. I’m excited to mentor you along the way and feel free to reach out to our team telegram chat as well. We have a very loving and helpful community. Please reach out to me or the group chats for help rather than personally messaging other leaders as they will be helping their teams as well. Team Bold Beautiful Leaders is our highest upline level. You are a part of (fill in your team name here if you want) as well. That just means support and resources from each. You have access to the New Artist course as a part of Team BBL.The course is found on our team website hellobbl.com. Head to the website and click "Start the Course." This is the best thing to focus on as you start your business! I know you will have lots of questions but trust the course to guide you through what you need to know right now. Please reach out to me directly here as the course guides you.There are countless other resources, groups, and trainings you could take in but I encourage you not to dive into those right now! Just focus on the BBL course ☺️So excited for you and this new adventure you are on!"
Add your new artist to the Telegram chats that you feel will provide them support. We suggest having a chat for your team vs. creating a separate FB group
The course will prompt your new artist to join out Bold Beautiful Leaders Facebook Group. Create a graphic is WordSwag or similar app and post a quick welcome to the group.
The course will promopt your new artist to schedule a call with you. Use this call to review how the new artist course is going, determine goals, and answer questions. They will send you answers to questions the course guides them through. Reference the resources we have available to help answer their questions. Ex: If they ask a question we have a team call or power hour on, tag them on the replay. Resources are on the FB group and on the team website
hellobbl.com. Shoot for the call to be about 15-20 min. Make sure they tell you which launch method from the course they plan to do.
Make sure they are aware of upcoming events, including reunion + special pricing. Info on Seint Gallery
Help them understand how to hit Artist II and start earning their kit investment back. Our Rank Trackers will guide you through it. Use this Mentor Guide to stay in touch about rank goals each month.
Check in on your artist at least once or twice a week for the first month. Continue longer if that works for both of you. Check in on how their specific goals are going, engage with their launch party, shout out their wins in our FB group, and cheer them on. Love and support go a long way!
